Chee Cheong Fun

(fresh rice noodle snack)

Ingredients

1 packet (500g) rice noodles (chee cheong fun)

1 tablespoon Chinese barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Method

1. Cut the rice noodles into thin strips, place in a bowl and pour boiling water on them.

2. Cover and leave for 5 minutes. Drain.

3. Alternatively, steam the sliced noodles in a colander for a few minutes until heated through.

4. Put the noodles in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and toss lightly until well mixed.
